Many people consider that school can destroy creativity of students. Therefore, this infographic tries to reveal if this statement is true or it is just a myth. Indeed, creativity is important, because it is a way of bringing new ideas to life.

Creativity helps to express worldview of certain personality to other people. Every person is creative in its way. Some of them express their emotions and ideas through pictures; they are good artists or photographers who really enjoy what they do in their lives. Some of them prefer writing, they open their mind to the word with a help of words.

The main problem is that main subjects is school are math, language, science subjects and so on. That is why students simply do not have time to develop their creativity. Besides, during the lessons of art or literature, there is strict program and all students have to follow it. They have to do only what teacher says and follow his instructions.

But there is another point of view that students have enough lessons, according to the program, to develop their creativity. Also, they say that students can do it during their free time.

  2. Most schools offer in a summer semester to give students a chance to catch up. You probably won’t find a lot of classes offered in the summer. Also, the summer semester usually costs extra when dealing with tuition based school.

  5. Totally agreed to Emily and Daniel. Though there are some schools who are not taking this serious but most of them work towards the development of students. Even as per the latest research done at our academic institute in the college assignment / essay attempted by one of our student, it showed clear incline in in huge investments that have taken place to improve creativity and various other skills among the students. I am sure we can have some good infographic on that too!

  6. I totally agree with Emily, nowadays schools and colleges spend and take a lot on measures to improve creativity among students. New ideas are being welcomes, there is a high level of transformation going in students, teachers and school policies.

    Schooling is a medium which helps students know their possibilities and strengths. Most of the schools give enough space to grow and transform the skills they are capable of.
