Scribbling colouring books is no longer an activity to make kids busy. Colouring definitely has therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety, create focus or bring about more mindfulness, it also allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and focus only on the moment, helping to alleviate free-floating anxiety. It increases our self-esteem. It reconciles our emotional conflicts. It develops our social skills. Overall, it can help you be more productive in your endeavour, love life and Family relations. Some even have the perfect figure already since their outlook in life is positive and they are now active and energise. My mum can testify on this since she had been doing it for years already, her blood pressure level decreases. I myself also when I take my break I would scribble for a while on my mandala pattern this is one of my favourites.
