SoftwareTester.Careers is a handy job and careers resource intended for both budding and experienced software testers, as well as employers and recruiters who might be looking to hire new talent in the QA industry.
The inspiration for this infographic came after we wrote and published a blog post which gave advice on writing a strong software tester job description (which also included a job description template near the end). It didn’t take long for us to realize that it’d also make for a good infographic!
The infographic goes through the process step-by-step on what parts should be included in the job description and why, such as the job title, the overview, the job’s responsibilities, the requirements for the role and the benefits that the prospective employee should expect if they are brought on-board.
The final part of the infographic showcases an example template of how it should look when you put them all together.
