Working remotely is one of the best types of jobs anyone can have these days. In this day and age where the internet is almost everywhere, and smartphones and laptops become more powerful and mobile in design, being able to work anywhere is something that anyone can easily achieve – all without sacrificing passion or a decent paycheck that traditional jobs can provide.
According to a Gallup survey in 2017, 43% of employed Americans said they spent at least some time working remotely – with flexible scheduling and work-from-home opportunities as the most cited factors that play a major role if the employee would take or leave their job.
This means that as more and more workers seek a more flexible schedule from their current boss, the number of companies that would provide such perk – to keep their best employees – would also rise. This will ultimately lead for companies to open remote work opportunities for roles that are most crucial to their success, such as sales support and IT.
