Book covers influence book reading experience to a high extent. Cover image often shapes readers’ first impression about the book. So, it seems that designers and publishers should do their best in order to create striking cover art. Still, there are many book covers that simply repeat already existing ones.
Bestselling covers often go mainstream and are copied by designers for other books within the same genre.
