The Ketogenic Diet Food Pyramid

The Ketogenic Food Pyramid not only tips the traditional food pyramid on it’s head but removes some foods completely. Things such as sugar, starchy vegetables, breads, grains and pasta are omitted in place of fatty moderate protein meals and green vegetables.

Use it as a guide for most LCHF Diets such as the Keto Diet, Atkins, Banting and even Paleo. The Ketogenic Diet is a great weight loss tool and has been proven to have neurological and cardiovascular benefits, studies have also shown ketosis to reverse insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
