With the continuous surge in COVID-19 cases, the southeast nation has been gradually improving its contact tracing measures in an attempt to hinder the spread of the virus.

As the events of 2020 made significant changes in the economy, healthcare industry, and basically every aspect of human life, it is worth mentioning that the COVID-19 crisis is not the first pandemic in history. It might take some years, but eventually, this pandemic will end. While waiting for that moment where we can get back to our daily routine, we need to take care of our physical well-being and develop a healthy lifestyle.

Since most people stay indoors, engaging in activities such as exercise can be quite challenging. Apart from exercise, a well-balanced diet is also recommended, especially this time where the virus often targets those with a weak immune system.
