There’s a lot to be said about the positive aspects of drinking wine, beer, juices, coffee and other alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages we love. Calories, however, are more likely to make it on the “negative aspects” list. Though we need a certain amount of calories per day to function properly, we certainly don’t need them from highly caloric and not very nutritious drinks.
