Clean foods: avocado, pineapple, cabbage, peas, onions, asparagus, aubergine, mango, papaya, kiwi, grapefruit, melon, cauliflower
Dirty foods: strawberries, apples, nectarines, grapes, peaches, celery, cherries, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, blueberries, corn
Grapes accumulate a lot of residual pesticides, recent tests showed 15 different traced residues.
