In The Kitchen: Prevent The Spread of Viruses and Germs

To prevent being infected by COVID-19 or unknowingly transmitting it to another person, it is very crucial to observe cleaning and disinfection at home especially in the kitchen.
Most of the time, members of the family hang out and bond with each other in the kitchen which makes the area an ideal place for the development of such viruses and bacteria.
If you want to maintain a safe and healthy home, you need to be aware of some things like knowing the different sources of contamination.
Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly especially its internal areas because there are parasites that carry germs and viruses on these parts of a fruit or vegetable.
If a person has a cold or flu, he/she might also contaminate anything or anyone by just physical contact. This is what you call a hand-to-hand or hand-to-food contact.
There is a difference between cleaning and disinfecting. When you’re cleaning the kitchen, you get rid of the unnecessary items found there.
It is also important to wash your hands regularly to be safe from all kinds of germs. Wash your hands before and after eating, before and after cleaning your kitchen or bathroom.
