An analysis of the key changes and trends in the UK Serviced Office Market in 2015. Rents increased by 37% in 2015, with the South West of England seeing the biggest increase at 57%. London office rents increased by less than the national average, with an increase of 17% from last year.
Average office size increased slightly from 5.5 desks in 2014 to 5.8 desks in 2015, with London having the largest average office size of 6.7 desks. The North East saw the biggest increase where the average office size went up by a massive 69%.
Men tend to overestimate the size of office the need by 11%, whereas women are more accurate at only 2% error.
