Think about it – if you have 10,000 visitors to your website, a 1% conversion rate means you have 100 sales. However, if you can get this metric to 2%, you’ve immediately doubled your sales.

However, when we look at average conversion rates by device, for example, desktop converts at 3.8%, while smartphones only convert at 1.8%. That’s a massive difference.
