How To Eat Like A Bodybuilder

Being a bodybuilder needs a proper meal everyday for workout but do you know the proper diet for that? If you’re a male that weights 80 kilos this diet should be proper to you. When you start your day at 7 am your breakfast should have protein, berries and 2 egg whites. 1 liter of water is enough to keep you hydrated during those hours until 10 am. After that delicious meal a light morning snack of sweet potato , 1 egg white and 1 piece of rye toast is enough. You must start your lunch at exactly 1 pm your meal this time should consist of vegetables, protein, rice and another 1 liter of water to keep you going. Your afternoon snack would be at 3:30 pm a green salad and tuna is just right for that time. To end the meal at 7 pm vegetable and meat is great and in case you’ll get hungry at 9 pm cheese and case in protein is perfect.Eat Like A Bodybuilder
