The transition from education to landing your first job is becoming more challenging. If you have finished university and are looking to enter the professional world, you will know this very well.
This is a trend spread out internationally but according to figures from the Australian government, the youth (15-24 years old) unemployment in this country was 14% in October 2014. Companies are becoming more strict with their candidates and the work marketplace is becoming highly competitive.
