Truck Accident Statistics

There are many kinds of trucks. Each of them serves a different purpose than the other. For example, car transporters are the trucks that you see with automobile vehicles, a cement mixer is used for construction and is filled with wet cement, chiller trucks are used to refrigerate goods, livestock trucks are used to carry animals like chickens, pigs, and cows; firetrucks are used to extinguish fire, and tankers are used to store liquids such as oil.
There are more kinds of trucks that are used by millions of truckers around the world. Even though they are different, they have one thing in common. They are very dangerous to human lives if truck drivers or other motorists are not careful of their driving. Unlike car accidents, accidents involving trucks are more fatal because of the size of its components.
